Travel by Car
The village of Bladon, approximately 5 miles north of Oxford. From the Oxford Ring Road take the A44 towards Stratford (following the brown signs for Blenheim Palace). At the Woodstock roundabout turn left on the A4095 into the village of Bladon. Proceed through the village past the pedestrian lights and The White House Pub. The road willnarrow and there will be a fairly sharp right hand bend. The Methodist Church is located 20 yards past the right hand bend, on the right hand side. Nearby on street parking is extremely limited, however parking has been arranged on the Primary School Playground - turn left at the traffic lights in the centre of the village. Please note that parking in The White House car park is for thier patrons only. Disabled parking is possible next to the church by prior arrangement - please call 01993 812177.
Public Transport
Coaches from all over the UK arrive at Gloucester Green Bus Station in Oxford. Service 20, 20A, 20B and 20C run every 15-20 minutes and stop on request at the Woodstock roundabout, a fifteen minute walk from the Methodist Church. Alternatively change at Woodstock to Service 42 which will drop you off right next to the church. The nearest mainline railway station is Oxford which can be reached from London Paddington. At Oxford, change trains and travel to Hanborough. On exiting the station turn left and follow the road for approximately 1 mile and you will reach Bladon. The Methodist Church is located on the left about 100 yards into the village.
Bladon Methodist Church
Bladon Methodist Church is located in the village of Bladon. The church seats 80 people - seats are not numbered so patrons should arrive in good time to ensure their party is seated together. Doors open half an hour before the performance time. Refreshments will be on sale in the mid show interval.
