Ticket Policy
All bookings made online or by telephone are subject to a £1.50 booking fee . This fee is per booking, irrespective of how many tickets you purchase. Tickets purchased at least a week in advance of the performance date will be mailed to you within 7 days at no further cost. Tickets purchased with less than a week before the performance date will be available for collection at the box office. Tickets purchased using cash or cheque at the theatre box office are not subject to any additional charges.
Refunds
We do not normally offer refunds once tickets have been purchased. We are happy to exchange tickets for another performance if they are returned at least 7 days before the performance date. Each exchanged ticket will be subject to a £2.00 administration fee. We accept tickets for resale if a performance is sold out however a small charge may be made.
Privacy Policy
We do not store debit or credit card information nor do we share customer details with any third party.
