Based on the uplifting story of the Von Trapp family, The Sound of Music became one of the most successful Oscar-winning musicals of all time. The score touches the hearts of all ages and brims over with some of the most memorable songs ever performed on the musical stage including My Favourite Things, Do-Re-Mi, Edelweiss, Climb Every Mountain and of course the glorious title song The Sound of Music.
Bladon Junior Church first performed this timeless family classic in 1994 and several of the original cast returned for this revival twelve years later.
