Our first musical in the new millennium was the Andrew Lloyd Weber musical Joseph and the Amazing Technicolored Dreamcoat from 24th to 28th October. Our autumn production in 2001 was the musical The Wizard of Oz. This took place from Tuesday 23rd to Saturday 27th October. There were over thirty children and adults in the cast who put on a really great show which received excellent reviews. To see photographs of the show click on the logo on the left.
In 2003 our main production was the Andrew Lloyd Weber hit musical Jesus Christ Superstar. Many people thought it was an extremely moving performance and one of the best shows we had ever produced. To read more about the show and see some photographs click the Jesus Christ Superstar.
We first produced The Pirates of Penzance back in 1999. The picture on the right shows the Pirate King (Scott) with his ruthless band of cut throat pirates. Our production of Annie was totally sold out before the curtain went up on the first performance! This is the second time we have staged Annie - we last performed the musical 9 years ago and several members of the 1994 were in this years show. To see some photographs click on the Annie logo.
In March 2004 we joined forces with The Windush School of Ballet in Witney and produced a concert called Let's Face the Music and Dance in The Corn Exchange in Witney - a 200 seat theatre. Read all about the show and see lots of pictures. All about the show
The Mikado - October 2004
Bladon Methodist Church was transformed into the town of Titipu in Japan for our production of The Mikado. We adapted the show, jazzing up some of the musical numbers, to make it even more amusing and suitable for all ages.
Our 2005 production was the hit musical Me and My Girl which tells the hilarious story of cheecky cockney Bill Snibson who is unexpectadly made heir to a large estate.

Bladon Junior Church returned to the Corn Exchange for another concert of music and ballet at the end of March 2006. This time we staged three performances and still managed to sell every seat. All about the concert
Our 2006 production was a repeat of the musical The Sound of Music. Every performance was sold out for this Oscar-winning musical featuring songs such as Do-Re-Mi, Edelweiss, Climb Every Mountain and of course the titile song The Sound of Music.. All about the show

Our 2007 production was the Broadway version of Kenneth Grahame's classic story.
In July 2011 we staged a concert of musical numbers from West End shows including songs from Wicked, Seussical, Love Never Dies, Les Miserables, Greese and Hairspray. see some pictures.
